Trump’s wife broke visa laws, and she’s the sort-of-kind-of first lady. So no. ICE could careless about going after hot/white/non-brown people.

Australia has laws in place that protect people like waiters. The US really doesn’t. And any protections will soon be phased out by the GOP in most places.
