I have yet to see an HID system, or stock projector system available and legal here in the USA that had better light output/spread/cutoffs than a simple and cheap Hella E-Code reflector headlight. This is pretty much solely down to the archaic headlight rules that the federal DOT imposes on headlights for sale here.

Step one in buying anything with 7" round headlights... Throw away the stock headlights and put in (best choice) Hella E-Codes with good H4s, or put in one of the new LED headlight replacement housings (3 of them are good, the rest are JUNK...
