Miata also has a truck transmission. Mazda B2000 anyone?

Once again, the Miata is the correct answer.

You might also mention that the "Lifting out of the water" bit is actually from the retractable hydrofoil that is like a wing. In the lead pic closeup you can see the one that is currently retracted from the upwind sponson.

BMWs naming scheme makes sense. (If they would follow it) First number is car size, next to are engine size. Letters mean drivetrain options. (Drop the i, they are all fuel injected, change the i8 to the e8. It's electric, damnit!)

In the 8.5 years I owned my WRX, I got pulled over exactly once. And that ended w/ no ticket. Wagon FTW!

You are forgetting one HUGE thing. Opportunity cost. If you argument is pay cash for a NEW car, then a 0% loan on the NEW car is free money. Even if you could pay cash for this new car, it is MUCH MUCH MUCH better to take that money, put it into investments that will MAKE you money and get the 0% loan on the car

Lose the drawer, lower the load floor, and make it easy to shovel gravel out of and I'm sold. Right now that well that the spare tire occupies looks to be a bitch to get dirt/gravel out of. This is a truck. I'm gonna put mulch/dirt/gravel/chicken poo into the bed of it. Why? Because that's the treatment my

Having grown up in California. (East bay, totally different from LA or Valley accents) spent years in Ohio and now moved to Alabama, I am still working on region, but distance from any city center is very easy! I currently work a phone helpdesk and get people asking for the "Other gentlemen" and when they don't know

This thing was just wrong. When I went to a car show 2-3 years before this cruck (Car truck?) came out, I saw an awesome little trucklet that was retro, compact, decent handling, manual roof, 60degree v-6... I wanted one. f-fwd by 2 years and I saw this behemoth... heavy, bad handling, no load capacity in the bed,

The Baja was a great and useful truck. It let old ladies who want to garden go pick up their bags of mulch and large bushes and plants without getting the back of their Legacy dirty. I see 'em used as truck all the time at the local gardening center. Low load height was also a bonus to their intended users.

Yep, mine!

He actually kinda sucks. Yes, he's willing to go much further than most, but I usually try to keep my cars OFF of the wall. He's just impressive to watch because he just doesn't care. He drives a ratty piece of crap and regularly smooshes it against stuff.

I've got an unmolested '06 WRX wagon that the only mods are the cat-back out of an '07 STi and mud-flaps... What'll you give me for it?

Anybody need to buy a testicle? How about a kidney? I've got 2 of each... Don't need both to drive...

6'3" and I have a '91. At 6'5" you might be just beyond fitting with a foam-ectomy. I am close. See if your local Miata group has a giant... Yes, there is a local Miata group where you live. Doesn't matter where you live, there is a group there. The main issue is that you will be needing a NA. The NBs and NCs

But, if you are Vegan, have run an IronMan and have a rescue dog.... Which one do you bring up first?

Who would you rather attract with your car? Chicks or car-guys? Thought so... I'll keep driving my Miata, thank you.

Any rental car is the most hateful example of it's species. Last time I rented a car I had the choice between a Chrysler 200 and a Fiat 500L. I got the 200 out of it's parking spot and hated that car so much in the first 50 feet that I went back to the kiosk and traded for the 500L. It was no better. Stupid

2006 WRX Wagon (2 points)

Yep, they're gettin old...
