This is good Kinja.

I really like his ideas, but I’d like this entire sentence clarified

A win for Harden is a loss for the game of basketball.

You’ve got a Boston team winning waaaay to high on a list of desirable outcomes.

Oh come on now, I am fine with you not wanting a gun to protect yourself, hell I am even fine with your skewed statistics but to say you are a gun owner and also say that an AR-15 is a stupid weapon for home defense just shows your ignorance. It is a FAR more accurate weapon than a handgun and has less penetration

This is a silly take. Nobody should be buying DVDs. There’s literally no good reason for the average consumer to have them. None. Like it or not, it’s a piece of plastic that will needlessly take up space in your home until it is one day discarded to a landfill. Virtually everything you could possibly want to own is

No.

If I had to buy the DVDs of the shows my kids watch on Netflix, I’d be homeless in a week. And angry, too, because they watch something over and over and over again for about 2 weeks and then never watch it again.

Physical media is important to me, and I believe it should never die.

There’s really no good reason why DVD ownership isn’t in vogue in the same way that owning records is.

In that case I’d probably just say that I need to get in shape but when she gets older I would explain it along the lines of, “You are right, I am not fat but I would like to lose a few lbs because” and then mention your reasoning such as health, being in better shape, or just to look better. There isn’t anything

Why not both? I workout to build strength and to lose weight depending on my goals at the time. There is nothing wrong trying to lose weight unless you are going about it in unhealthy ways. Teaching healthy ways to reach/maintain healthy body weights is what we should shoot for rather than just going ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I guess

There is a WHOLE lot of middle ground between just accepting your body and needing a perfect body. Being obese is not healthy regardless of if you want people to accept it or not so while I will not raise my daughter thinking she has to be Barbie doll skinny, I will raise her to understand how food choices and

Is this when we include a water conservation specialist and have them duke it out as to which direction we should all lean?

Curtilage... Sounds like Charles Barkley describing his knee

The anonymous male tipster:

Yeah that’s the part I think is bizarre too. Let’s give Kawhi the benefit of the doubt that he’s too injured to play (defined however he wishes). Even with that, it’s pretty standard protocol for dudes to show up and cheer for a playoff game. This isn’t some random January back-to-back against a bottom-feeder, this is

Other injured players at least turn up on the bench to cheer their teams on, it’s not as if it’s too much to ask from someone who only played nine games to maybe show his face once in a while, but apparently that’s a bridge too far.

God damn if that last sentence isn’t the most truthful statement I’ve read in years.

So I take it Penn State will erect a statue for him?
