I got questions on BOTH sides here.

OK - let’s play this game. Cops knew he had a gun, he doesn’t deny having said gun. He’s running from the cops because he’s flashing the weapon and he knows it’s unregistered and he knows he’s in the wrong.

Which I typically agree with, but things change when the other person has a gun. There is precedent out there that a person running from the cops with a gun will shoot at them.

I mean, running from the cops with a stolen gun on you isn’t really the best idea. Was his gun out when he was shot also? There are a lot of cops shooting unarmed people, but this one is a little different. I’m glad he survived.

“In most states, an assault/battery is committed when one person: 1) tries to or does physically strike another, or 2) acts in a threatening manner to put another in fear of immediate harm.

Wait... what? I’m sorry, the last few years have completely borked my sarcasm detector... the cereal thing is real? I thought the “name breakfast cereals” was a joke. That’s... real? And it stems from one of them eating cereal with piss? And that stems from a HamNo piece?

I’m dreading getting into gunfights without Dead Eye.

Fraternal Order of Alt Knights

It’s great that Christian Hackenberg gets to be a second round bust in two leagues.

The rules link also helped me remember some Coach Guys:

I am pleasently surprised that Online has its own Story Mode. Sure, the missions are bare-bones, but so far, playing them even with random players has been pretty enjoyable.

Why are you knocking butters stotch? He’s a very proud little boy. Just a bit lonely.

That auto aim tho. :-/

These violent delights have violent ends.

I hardly think it's fair to complain about PVP when you're playing the online version. There is a whole single player game, so you aren't being "forced" into anything.

I had a response, then I realized I would be doing nothing but playing poker or dominoes... Well played.

They probably want a bunch of people running around doing heavy things instead of sitting down and playing poker

As long as we are proposing laws, we should just scrap the whole "if someone asks for it" bit. Police should be required to hand over all footage immediately, to a neutral investigative body - who can review it, and release it or parts of it (depending on just how gruesome it is) to the public, as needed. And that

Seems like it would be helpful for city governments to pass ordinances that say that police must turn over bodycam footage immediately upon request to any person who appears in the footage.

To be clear, the police department had access to this video for more than a year.
