Got back into FF14 and Diablo. Trying to fit Nioh in there somewhere.

Home: Putting in a few thousands more attempts to beat the second boss in Nioh (my expectations are minimal at best). Away: Dragon Quest 8.

I still can’t beat that damn boat boss (after around 50 tries). I’m just bad at Souls-ish games I guess (I STILL can’t beat the first boss on the bridge in Bloodbourne). But even after giving up I always come back because this game is just fun. The combat is so quick and fluid, I find it more enjoyable then my time…

Slightly (just slightly) less impressed that she didn’t jump from the roof live (but like you said, probably for the best), but I’m more impressed they used rc helicopters for the lights. I just thought someone was getting creative with one of those Christmas Star Shower things.

I think I read a rumor that for the 30th anniversary they’re going to release all the games (1-9 maybe) on one disk. I really hope this turns out to be true and they use the old sprites for 4-6 (My first official run through for 6 was with the ugly mobile graphics, it’s not the same).

I’m okay with this....not really gunning for one right now. Is it odd that I actually want a Wii U now? Never got to play Bayonetta 2 (amongst other things) and who knows when those will be compatible on the new system.

Despite the games problems, that original trailer was amazing to me mostly because of the music. “Debutante” by 65 Days Of Static immediately went on my playlist and is still listened to this day. I freaking love that song.
