This is kind of positive. When it bombs in the west and east, all the players might learn that taking such a broad approach to censorship is really stupid. Before some one says, “go look at porn”, note the broad part. There were many character/costume designs that were improved in the process and still worked within

Yes, we all know the bottom line is money. But there is a reason it works so well. It encourages kids to link up and connect with their friends/siblings, because you can’t get them all just by yourself. From a gamer standpoint, we are all thinking - it is just so they can sell me the game twice! But, kids aren’t

Man, Kotaku could do a regular feature of these stories, kinda like on that blog that preceded The Takeout.

I’ve banned a lot of people in my 10+ years working video game support, so I’ll submit two stories, both from the same company:

As a developer... the concern is install base. You can only sell as many copies of a game as there are people to sell it to. While the Switch is exploding in popularity, it in no way, shape or form has the same install base yet as the 3DS. So smaller publishers have to consider that when they’re putting out new games.

I mean, really, it is fairly illegal to use others music for your own purpose and exhibition if you’re not properly licensing it. I know a lot of streamers use youtube links but even that isn’t fair game since you’re taking content out of its environment and putting it into yours so those people listen but avoid ads

Big DLC’s are great. They are like expansion packs of the old days from my childhood. I also like extra levels that tie with the full game. I dislike the DLC that’s removed from the main game as their seperate thing. Sometimes they can be interesting, but most of the time I just cba to play them.

I have the earlier version with only DisplayPort which some what sucks since my work laptop doesn’t work with it even with a MiniDisplay port cable. It should but doesn’t.

Not quite! You have to replace your FreeSync monitor with one with G-Sync if you truly want to snob. Or trade out the 1080 for an AMD card so that you can get active sync and be able to get rid of screen tearing. Then you may join us.

I constantly try to get this point across to my kids while playing these games... You don’t have to get the most kills. Just the right kills.

WAs playing Half-Life Deathmatch on a map called Crossfire, where you can run into a bunker and hit a button that sets off an alarm, closes all the doors to the bunker after a short time, then nukes the map killing everyone outside the bunker.

I love the fact that the guy that won had one kill... the winning one.

This reminds me of my old Duke Nukem days. I was playing against a friend online when he ran into a bathroom. I then put about a dozen laser trip mines and pipe bombs in the hall. He ran out of the bathroom and somehow none of the explosions killed him, and he killed me.

I’m pretty sure the real high points of his life involve his wife and all the money and time he spends with her. Don’t forget the dude is loaded. Video games are just a fun hobby and he has fun being the heel of scoring controversies.

^ This, and the fact that he’s protesting Twitch’s new community guidelines, which is specifically made to keep assclowns like him off of Twitch.

I’ve done plenty of marathon sessions in the past but apparently cos I actually get up to eat or take a piss I am not hardcore enough.

I work right around the corner from All JDM Motors’ former location, and we see illegally imported cars in our shop all the time. We’re a European specialist and don’t do Japanese, but at least half the Minis we see are illegal.

In those cases, the customers often don’t know their cars are illegally imported. VIN

The comedy of it all is claiming that the 25-year exemption for emissions and safety regulations is to keep unsafe, “dirty” cars out.

well don’t forget that japanese culture, father have to says that their child choices sucks and stuff, look at satoru iwata per example
