From what I understand, Snyder was attracted to the format because of its emphasis on vertical space, so that when the characters took off the viewers would have a sense of them soaring upwards.
Those sketches were the pick-me-up at the end of my afternoon doom-scroll as it became clear that we would be living with the pandemic for a long time. I’m disappointed that tophat Godzilla won’t be appearing in the book, but there was a ton of great stuff. Insta-buy material for me.

I absolutely believe Joss Whedon is an asshole. But do I believe he would accidentally mix up Black Widow and Wonder Woman? No, because he’s a nerd asshole, one of the worst kind. Unless he was trying to make a joke or something.
