Actually I think that photo was taken in Germany! But yes you do see these on the highway from time to time, and yes they are huge.

Only if you're using the vehicle for commercial purposes. In some states, ANY vehicle over 26k needs a special license, but in MOST states they exempt RVs. It's insane!
