Lincoln made powered ones in the ‘80s. Why can’t someone do it now?

Calm down, fanboy.

Never put an ICE engine block in the frunk...

Hey, hey, HEY!  You’re not allowed to post well thought out, well reasoned, comments that are complimentary to Tesla!  This is Jalopnik!

And it will maintain this honor even after dozens of people walk away from Model 3 crashes with head wounds, compound fractures, and loosely hanging viscera, all screaming “I love my Tesla, I’m fine! Greatest car ever!” and refusing a ride in a gas-powered ambulance.

That just occurred to me, and now I feel like a dumbass. But hey, I’ll happily be wrong if that’s the case.

Despite what fantasy movies and comics have told you, Boob armor isnt a thing and if it was a thing it would be lethal. A women in a helmet and breastplate looks like a man in a helmet and breastplate

Sure, but you need to have limits.  Remember what happened when Zap Brannigan got hold of one - those poor Browncoats...

Hey, dudes. New plan here: StefCoin.

Except the F-35 program is like the electrician, plumber, and builder not talking to each other and building in stuff or fixing mistakes after the drywall is going up.

Right? This site’s own reporting would seem to indicate he isn’t going anywhere.

You’re technically correct that Corvette is not a brand. But it may as well be. The only place you notice the Chevrolet bow tie is within the Corvette racing flags logo and you almost need a magnifying glass to see it.

I think it’s very 80's CCTV status.

Oh goody. More electronic shit to break and then create gigantic repair bills. Some things aren’t problems and don’t require expensive “solutions”. Wing mirrors are one of those things.

I’m with Norm, I don’t automatically trust everything women say. Or men for that matter. Or those who don’t identify as either. Or those who identify as both. Or religious people. Or atheists. Anyone really.

I would like all cars to be pretty modular.. I wish I could get a modern car but have it look like an older car, like if you could just put in number of shells over an existing frame. I’m more into how it looks older or retro and still be a modern car underneath. But yes, your idea sounds much more doable and I

“a younger Charlize Theron with street smarts” and “a good sense of humor”

Agreed. The show charts progress (for most of the characters) from stereotypical antisocial nerds to fairly well-adjusted people. Through the seasons they improved on their interactions with others, learned how to have healthy romantic relationships, and eventually married. There are a lot of worse sitcoms out there.

I’d love to have me some wind up windows and door locks I turn with a key.

Cars are so expensive these days because the amount of equipment they put in non-luxury cars is idiotic. What happened to the days of basic transportation?
