The big deal is that these personalities aren't disclosing their sponsors. It's often being done, in secret, so that viewers aren't, or can't be, aware that what they are watching is an unbiased opinion or not. If they came out and said so up front or if they had links to their sponsors I don't think there would be

Innovation would not die with Nintendo, but their innovations are hardly limited to the things you find "gimmicky." The fact of the matter is that Nintendo is responsible for a vast amount of what is today considered standard, and much (not all, but much) of the success that Sony and Microsoft experience is built on

As another commenter pointed out, Nintendo is responsible for far more innovation than just touch screens and motion controls. For example, haptic feedback (rumble) in home consoles was a Nintendo first. Shoulder buttons. Analog controllers. It's only a "gimmick" when the competition doesn't do their best to steal it.

Wow Luke, you did it, you're out of my smart people list, nintendo going out of the hardware bussiness means the end of it, the only innovation consoles had in the last 20 years has be thanks to nintendo doing it or forcing the other console makers to change.

Games.

I honestly cannot take anything Nintendo-related on this site seriously anymore. You've become so anti-Wii U that it's impossible to expect anything even remotely unbiased.

This is a Capcom game. Why are we surprised it's a shitshow?

No, it will do the opposite. It simply allows Skyrim to use more memory -> draw more detail on screen. Which means your GPU will have to work harder than before to draw it all.

Hell, that just sums up life in general. You grow up, get educated, get a job, start a family, and some jackhole in an ICP mask runs you over. Circle of life.

"...some jackhole in an ICP mask is always trying to run him over."

the ps4 doesn't have games

Jesus christ, this is getting out of hand.

I have mixed feelings about this article.

I look forward to when the top rated comment on Kotaku is a variant of "if you can't take the heat, get out of the kitchen." And they say empathy is dead /s

To be fair, MGS2 only featured 2 levels: The tanker and the Big Shell.

Well we all know that if IGN gives anything less than an 8 its absolute rubbish.

I think you may be over-reacting.
