true, Crysis did have dynamic leaves, bu this looks to be quite a step up from that.

Just her perpetuating the stereotype for the patriarchy.

Nothing new? Got any proof for that? Especially those dynamic leaves, and the shipboarding mechanic?

you have some good points here, but it seems to me that any outspoken "feminist" involved in games would still decry the violence against women. I'm going to have to do a little research, because it may have very well been Patricia who wrote that gears article...

that's my point: there wasn't a problem in the first place. Kotaku has a tendency to make an issue out of things that aren't an issue in the first place.

seems legit to me, considering Kotaku itself brought up the non-issue of whether women would be chainsawable in gears 3 or not.

I think the "I don't understand how girls think" excuse is actually quite relevant here. I could write you a story of how my brother and I grew up, and how it affected how I raise my son, but that doesn't mean I could accurately tell the same story from my sister's point of view, and make it realistic or relatable.

there IS a leg hanging out of the pot...

oop, now you fucked up

you know what word you don't use enough? Terrible.

When a student asked him what he drew, Putin replied that it was a cat from behind. Oh. I thought it was a vagina. Or a penis. Or a vagina penis.

And it's still more powerful than my $800 PC I bought this year.
