Do we have any data yet that suggests that self-driving cars will be more efficient than human driven ones? If they pause every single time they sense danger, I could see them being a hell of a lot slower than a typical human-driven car.

What about awarding penalties? So many times a penalty is awarded because of a dive or vice versa, no penalty is given despite a legitimate foul in the box. Also offsides goals are often falsely disallowed. Would make sense to get these calls right....
