What’s sad about this is that he was really the only candidate left making criminal justice reform a central part of his campaign. Some of the other candidates pay lip service to it, but their central platforms are still either “I’m not Trump” or economic issues.

It’s even worse at the local level where candidates have zero name recognition, and next to zero funds to get that recognition. 

Except the vote everyone points out as him shilling for big pharma was a meaningless vote that had no impact either way.
