I like how Star Wars goes up against Alien and its sequel goes up against Alien's sequel. Was that contrived or just happenstance?

How does escaping to a fantasy world empower women?

Yeah, I feel like it went too Even Horizon at the end. I like Event Horizon, just didn't really fit with this movie. I think if they had just cut out that whole bizarre plot point though, it would have been a lot cooler.

Personally I just feel bad for Sunshine. That movie was pretty awesome up until the solar monster at the end.
