I did the If It Fits Your Macros diet (IIFYM.com) and it worked extremely well. I think the hardest thing about macro dieting is the time it takes to plan and track the macros. I’ve stopped tracking for well over a year and have maintained the weight loss - even while eating out. Im much more aware of what i’m eating…
