This looks like a case of two idiots finding each other.
My sorta-kinda first car was a ‘69 Charger R/T. Miss that thing. Originally a 383 auto, but had a 440 stick when I got it at 15.
Back in the early 90s, a guy brought his ZXR250 to the roadhouse on Ortega Highway. Thing sounded like a turbine at redline. Very cool bike.
As a Wisconsin native, I knew how it would end just by the title.
Shush, you! I got bills to pay!
As someone who does what I do for a living, please convince everyone to buy this expensive Fiat.
This. It looks too much like a Viper/Mustang hybrid to me.
Too bad, I must say.
I had a 1985 Dodge Caravan with a stick shift in the 90s. I used it as a track bike hauler and something to sleep in while at the track.
Day to day mileage didn’t change at all. The reflash gave it a noticeable pickup in both low end torque and high end power. Oh, and turned off the silly speed governor.
My ZX-14R might disagree. 1000 mile per day comfort combined with decent handling. Oh, and a Guhl reflash.
I bet it did feel nimble to the aircrew. Since it wasn’t loaded down with 10s of thousands of pounds of cargo, all that lift could be put into giving a great show.
Oh, internet, never change.
And once again, government thrusts itself somewhere it has no business.
Yeah, I miss Kimi on the podium so we could see his post race interviews. Not his fault, and he makes Alfa look better than they really are.
This.
What would I do? Daily it. I have a ZX14R for my performance fix, but a cheap, comfortable, and reliable car to go to work in sounds great. My 2002 Accord is a great car, but getting old, so maybe a low mileage LS might be my next. And even more comfortable.
Perhaps they think the war is still ongoing?
In my younger days, I may have, and this is not an admission of guilt, taken cars left idling in the fire lane with their hazards (the “Park Anywhere Button”) on while idling in front of some store.
