Wow. I teach at a public liberal arts college, and my students aren't as apparently entitled and combative as yours. I do tend to get critical feedback on evaluations, but I also experiment with my teaching and it's not always totally successful.

I think Maine apportions 2 votes to the popular vote winner, and the other two by the winner of the congressional districts. It's possible (probable, sometimes) for one candidate to win southern Maine but lose CD 2.

How do you cross a roundabout intersection on foot? You have to walk way around, or else stop traffic. Which defeats the purpose of the roundabout.
