Where did the framers of the Constitution ever say that felons can’t have guns?

I don’t see anything in the 2nd Amendment that says felons can’t have guns. Can you point me to that part of the Constitution?

Of course. I didn’t really think that through. The employer benefits would have all sorts of other important mechanisms (which he earned, as compensation for his years of work!) that he was counting on.
