What I want to know is why can’t subaru get their shit together and make hybrids?

There are a few odd things in this story that makes it sound like there is more to it than we’re hearing.

And not one sample photo from the book in the entire article, or for that matter on the linked page...

and yet, cities have no trouble putting parking meters up

He also seems to forget that many people have families and drive to vacation spots. You can only get so small before you have to leave little Timmy at home and pack the whole family’s gear in a single duffle bag.

Huge EV with massive battery (because they will be massive) drive me crazy. Yeah save the planet.

After some quick digging, I found that Somerset, Kentucky has a population of less than 12,000. And, it’s not really close to any large cities. How did a dealership there get 6 Hellcats?

They might need a RHD model as the Oshkosh one is designed more for mail delivery, where they can put mail into curbside mail boxes without getting out of the vehicle.

A big part of it is emissions and crash safety. Since each Singer starts as a 964 and retains its VIN, it is not subject to modern emissions or crash safety standards. That’s how they can get away with still having air-cooled engines and no airbags despite being an almost completely new car (I think only the base

Well, once upon a time I’d just add a quart at a time and let the “changing” take care of itself.

Oh you bastard! I've been Saab free for at least 9 years, and then you dangle this under my nose.

Can you imagine if early cars had fake “clopidy-clop clop-clopidy-clop” sounds to make fake horsey sounds? Whatever comforts people who are terrified of change, I guess.

My god this is dumb.

Infrastructure is really not a big deal unless you live in an apartment. that’s going to be one of the things that is going to have to change in the coming years. cold weather is also really not a factor and will be less so as more EV makes add heat pumps to their vehicles. my 2017 Bolt still nets more than 200 miles

Landscape it, turn it into a park, or a little patch of woodland, let nature reclaim it in a good way.

I daily a Porsche Taycan, but out of all the “regular” cars from a non-luxury brand, I think this is one of the best looking cars on the road. I’d 100% take this over a similarly priced entry-level luxury car like a BMW 2-Series or Mercedes CLA. When a Honda is this good, it renders the Acura brand largely pointless.

I swear they would sell tons if they just went ahead and started selling the test mule liveries.

Wind powered ships. The future is here...

His character in Knives Out 2 was pretty silly.

With all the recent events, I think it’s totally fair to have russia back as a villain.
