So roughly 6 years after the first game. I hope it’s great, because that’s a long dev time for a sequel rougly using the same engine, world, assets, etc.

Plenty of people have the same reaction. I wouldn’t call you a snob, it’s just a matter of relative taste. There’s a lot of great stuff out there that has a ‘love it or hate it’ reaction.
There’s two reasons to pick up an item:
I gave my Moonveil to some random dude because I wasn’t using it. He was so happy, it made me feel good.
I want to check this out once I’m done chewing on Elden Ring (so it’ll be a minute, and it’ll be on sale by then, which will only make it better), but Borderlands 3 was kinda hit-and-miss for me. In a post-Destiny world, it’s really hard for me to get into first-person shooters that don’t feel as good to play—they…
It looks great, I’ll pick it up after Horizon and Ghostwire. I’m not even a series fan but I’ve seen enough on Twitch to know that I’ll complete this one.
Cyberpunk with Bill and Ted is awesome, but Ash on the cover of RE7 is pure gold. Also, I think that Blood Dragon art should be the official cover art. It’s already an 80's action explosion extravaganza.
Some of the bells for even middle level stones (like 4s and 5s) come so late in the game, cost is hardly an issue by the time you get them anyway.
great article, Ironmouse is pretty fun from the videos I’ve seen on youtube (I don’t do twitch often) so glad to see her doing well.
This was a really nice and well researched article. You love to see it! :) (not a dig at Kotaku, btw, just compared to other Vtuber articles of late)
I second that. This game is fantastic. I slept on it because of Avengers as well (and also because Endgame made me really hate Chris Pratts Star Lord so I was kinda sour on the GotG) and I’m glad I picked it up in the end. These days I don’t finish most games I play, but this one made me want to keep going right up…
Exactly. Especially since conceptually very similar elements have existed in MMOs - unique digital “tokens” that you might remember seeing instantiated as a rare drop - from the start.
The concept of NFTs, the technical concept of them, really is interesting. How that concept is currently being applied is not.
Because CP2077 apologists often say this shit seriously.
It’s Poe’s Law at work. There is a legitimate chance someone could actually be that stupid and say it with complete sincerity.
This is just a callback to the romance cards in Witcher 1.
“Why is the Switch version on the cloud? Why can’t they just port them? Aren’t they PS2 games?”
i still do not understand why they put the 1.5 and 2.5 collections out on switch as cloud versions. i would buy them if they were actually on switch, but cloud versions do not count to me as on switch
I’m going to take every side in this argument. I’m against trying to get people fired for saying something you dislike, but I also think it’s weird that there’s still a list of people who it’s socially acceptable to mock due to their appearances, but also that short men (not men with dwarfism, just men who are on the…
Well, I am 5'4'’ but if I say I agree with the firing I’ll get a bunch of comments about my feelings and insecurities, so instead I’ll focus on the fact that bone-lengthening surgery is dangerous and not at all backed up by medical science, please don’t get that
