IIRC when Doctor Who last had lots of money, the 11th Doctor had two different TARDIS interiors and two (or was it three) different title sequence designs.

IIRC the 10th Doctor inherited most of the design elements from the Christopher Eccleston season, likely because there wasn’t budget enough to start over.
