Sort of unrelated, but Graham Norton is one of the best talk show hosts on TV, period, and it’s nice to see him get some coverage here... even if it is about his interaction with Weinstein.

Oh, I pretty much lived for Fraiser’s bombastic overreactions, so he was the most interesting to me. But I definitely have my suspicions about the revival’s quality.

Honestly not sure who watched the original Fraiser and thought “This would be great if it was just Kelsey”. He was the least interesting part of the show, despite his name being the title.   The fact that no one else was game for anything other than a guest appearance speaks volumes for the quality.  Or maybe they all…

Wait a minute, the LAPD is claiming that he fell from a high height where he had been demonstrating how to grapple with someone? That sounds like something the Kremlin would say after murdering one of Putin’s critics. 

Your first five points equally apply to Ohio’s JD Vance. I know cuz here I am amazed that a right wing nut job is close to beating a seasoned moderate / left-leaning but not tilted candidate.

It sucks to say but Conservatives won. Thanks to Trump. I’m not even surprised that he still has such a huge influence over the party. He accomplished in one term what no one but Reagan has been able to do in this country vis a vis complete Republican takeover of the country. In fact he probably accomplished more.

My problem with this show is that Rhaenyra is such a fundamentally unlikeable protagonist. She just makes terrible decision after terrible decision.The problem with this show is that there’s no fun characters, there’s no equivalent Tyrion or Arya. I find it hard to care about these people.

I’m sure I must have gone on the original version as a kid, since the timeline matches up, but I have no memory of it whatsoever. Later in 2020 when I went on it with my then-8-year-old (we were there just before Covid), it was dumb and she said so, so you are quite correct.  Memorably bad is worse than unmemorable.

I’ve always thought that Disney has been doing itself a disservice by having Figment’s presence reduced to one corner of EPCOT.

It’s such a shame that the current 3rd incarnation has been around for longer (2002-present) than the original superior version (1983-1998). There was a 2nd version that was short-lived because it was so despised - where Figment’s presence was inexplicably drastically reduced.
