I find it a little odd that the American system doesn’t allow for all of the state primaries to be held on the same day. It just seems like they’re prolonging things for the sake of it (and spending billions of dollars in the process).

I think the “friends” title implies they’re all aware of and on board with this person’s sense of humour.

I agree with you (disclaimer: haven’t seen the movie or read the book). It sounds like this is a question of personal choice, not a “you’re disabled so your life is meaningless” kind of message.

You don’t have to follow her to be aware of her various publicity stunts. It’s not realistic to say “just ignore this thing” when it’s omnipresent. I don’t follow her, and I don’t seek out stories about her. But when I’m scrolling through any given website (Jezebel, HuffPo, Buzzfeed, etc, etc, etc) and there’s another…
The sad thing is, if he had bowed out in March or April when it became exceedingly clear that he wasn’t going to win, his legacy would be a great one. He’s shattered that in the last few months with his petulance and complete lack of dignity in defeat.
I wouldn’t be surprised if this wasn’t his goal from the beginning.
