@vinod1978: Thats why I like Apple's way by using iTunes. Every time I make a purchase it sends me an email with an easy to read receipt and charges my credit card. There is even a clear "Report a Problem" button.

@Hearthatvoiceagain: wait are you using the same HTC Nexus One with Froyo as me? Flash brings my browser to a crawl and my battery has significantly decreased in performance over a day. I just uninstalled it and don't plan on installing it anytime soon.

@Facebook: Yes but when you call AT&T and have a problem with the phone and not the service they transfer you to AppleCare. AT&T doesn't handle hardware related problems. However Verizon does. Every time I had a problem with any phone, Motorola, BlackBerry, I had to call Verizon not the manufacturer.

Now does that include the calls Verizon got or HTC or both? I know that when I first tried that problem I tried recreating it (successfully) and making calls knowing they would be dropped. So I think Apples numbers are higher than they should be.

I feel like the media is still taking Job's response as a bash against everyone while analysts are looking at it as a viable solution and valid explanation. Even the competition isn't bashing Apple as much as the media.

@nandreetta: I have 2 iPhone 4's in my household.

I was fine before today and now that I get $58 back I am even happier. I ordered the bumper before all these problems anyway.

@Izzo: Yea but your not allowed to do video so just have an app that turns speech into text and have it like a news ticker on the site.
