I am a defense attorney and you are 100% correct. His attorney has an obligation to provide a full and professional defense. Anything else, like this social media garbage, is not required and reveals the person to be opportunistic garbage. My job is to defend my client against the legal charges in court. Not serve

It’s real easy for addicts to substitute their addiction for weed.

YEEEESSSS I was specifically thinking of this moment.

Aw man get well! I’m not too familiar with him but he will forever be in my heart from the time he skewered Ann Coulter at the Rob Lowe roast. Classic.

Good for him. I won’t speculate on his circumstances, but I will say I know people who have “used weed medically” but it can be a slippery slope if they’re not working with a doctor and they have other underlying problems. Don’t get me wrong, I smoke weed and I used to smoke a TON of weed in high school/college, but

I’m always suspicious of any man who would say something like this:

Having seen two Pike houses in the South and met others from one in the West, ayep.

Inside the Jetta, Norris found several people.

What first set off my radar that something might be effed up was when last spring/summer they were talking about being in an open relationship.

Eh, I’ve been in that situation before with more than one woke dude, and it definitely goes way deeper than simple immaturity. There’s a performative aspect to it, where it’s not about actually being woke so much as it’s about making sure everyone around them knows just how enlightened they actually are.

That was the same approach to testing at Prime Prep as well.

Pretty much every guy who is an “outspoken male feminist” is a POS. People who lecture other people on how THEY are living their lives incorrectly and the changes THEY need to make are invariably blowhards/assholes. Guys who do this are almost always lying.

Walks the walk, but.... when it comes time to walking the walk, he wobbles and stumbles in THE most obvious way.

Yeah I know that guy... the dude who’s outspokenly woke af about LITERALLY EVERYTHING, but then whenever you have a disagreement there’s that tinge of condescension in his voice, and he starts getting really unchill and personal about it.

Normally I’m in favor of more transparency, but I agree this could have unintended consequences. We saw with the election that there are a lot of racists as fuck people in this country, who act on those feelings, but are smart enough to not actually admit to it. If jurors know that their racist as fuck statements

This is a really scary precedent to set. The intentions are good, but since people think that literally everything is racist these days, it’s going to cause more problems than it solves. You are going to have lawyers claiming racism even if there is none.
“That juror said that he doesn’t like to watch Blackish, which

It could lead to post-trial nightmares. One juror submits an affidavit saying another juror made racist statements. Accused juror denies. What do you do then? Re-assemble all of the jurors and question them about racist statements? And what if you can’t assemble all of those jurors or if some agree with the affiant
