Finally finished my Dragon Age Origins replay as well as Awakenings. The latter is pretty fun and really does more experimenting, but it also started to show the strain on the DAO mechanics and approaches, with some bizarre one-hit kill moments. Still really fun. At that point I decided to already start the DA2 replay

This is great, now I get to actually play it. I first tried it in my friend’s PS4 and was not that impressed, but seeing how the game was being praised so hard (together with The Last of Us, which I agree is a masterpiece), I’d rather give it another shot. Even better if I can do it on my PC instead.

Case in point, there’s no “Godfather” of comedy movies

To be fair, it’s hard to make a good comedy anything. Most comedy movies, sitcoms, plays, light operas, sketch shows, standup routines, novels, comic books and strips, satire news stories, and twitter memes are not funny.

for me the funniest moments in games are when people do stupid things in “serious” video games, like messing up at critical moments or exploiting the game’s physics for ridiculous outcomes.

I honestly love the giant hands and feet on the Street Fighter designs. Sure, it looks goofy if we think of them as real people, but Street Fighter has never tried to be photo realistic.

Maybe it was more the spiked look.  As a white child in the the 90s with straight hair I went through more than my share of hair gel.

It was the 90s, high top fades were all the rage.

Climate change didnt start these fires through humans did. Its been reported atleast 87 percent of the problem is due to humans being stupid and accidentally starting big fires. Somthing over 100 people were arrested for it.

While 183 arrests have been made in connection with fires, only 24 people have actually been charged with arson.

If a game or developer does not align with your politics and you feel strongly about it, then don’t buy the game. By all means, take a stand. Sign an online petition stating that you’re not buying the game because it fails to give equal representation to women. If you want to enact real change and enough people feel

I’m frustratingly talented at playing multiple games at a time. Too much of my time is spent staring at my list trying to figure out which one to continue. And don’t get me started on trying to maintain all of the different mechanics and controls for all the different ones I’m playing. Drives me mad, but I’m having a

You’d guess that in 2019, a time in which we can render incredible graphics on even modest portable devices, we’d have an option in practically every game to adjust font size for playing on anything from 6" portable screens to 80" TVs... But apparently, it seems software developers still haven’t cracked this yet...

This latest trilogy of Star Wars makes the Matrix Trilogy look like The Iliad/The Odyssey/The Aenied in comparison and I don't believe they even finished the last one though we did get the founding of Rome out of it.

Yeah. As a fan of the games, this show was an absolute treat. Getting to see some of the stuff that’s not in the games but that are often referenced is just great. The only thing I want more of are like full on monster hunt episodes with Geralt using his immense knowledge to solve some mystery, maybe with some twists

I absolutely love this show. It’s not perfect and some of the effects are BAD but I can tell it was made by people who love and admire the source material and that really shines through.

Let’s do this on a scale
0 - Plot Irrelevance: Tetris, Most Sports Games, Etc, the plot does not exist
1 - Plot Excuse-ry: Donkey Kong, Gyruss, Contra, there’s a story but it’s not intended as anything but a blatant excuse for why the game world is happening
2 - Plot Attempt: Super Mario Bros., Legend of Zelda, Mega Man,

Walking out of the theater I knew I really didn’t like it but your plot summary reminded me that I actually HATED it. This movie throws so much shit at you that it’s genuinely hard to collect your thoughts afterward, so the recap was much appreciated.

It's like MGS in the sense that people stop paying attention, then complain that something they should already know about is brought up later.
