I don't think so. Korky is saying that the MBA laptop is designed to be easily used on one's lap. The Surface in all the demos/presentations has been used on a flat surface that is unlike your lap. The kickstand plus keyboard does not look like it will be very stable when used on your lap.

There appears to be one character who is openly gay. Who you can and cannot romance in the Mass Effect games has always been readily obvious based on the dialogue options. I assume you can romance the openly gay one.
