QuikIO for iOS. It allows me to easily stream all of my videos and music from my Mac to my iPhone.

I can't notice that much difference in streaming quality on my iPhone with the updated app (rewatching 'Breaking Bad' from the beginning). Then again, I've not had any complaints about the video quality over the past year or two.
