Seen 'em both, loved them both. Actually, I've seen GYBE only once, at a festival, but they were pretty great. I've actually paid to see Mogwai, several times already, so one might consider me an actual fan.

I am just amazed how much shite music Josh Modell owns, and I am even more amazed at the shite he's keeping and the jems he's throwing away.

"… the pornography museum…": another name for the area under my mattress.

It was my mum who had the hardest time that summer… It was a heat wave and I was but a month old!

My condolances. My avatar picture is of my cat, who died five years ago. Never forgotten though…

Where's Old Yeller?

I definitely got the idea from that scene that Septa Unella was fated to be a rapey toy for The Mountain, for quite a few more days or even longer… Not something you can really show, I guess…

Oh so much of this… Can't believe he once promised to finish those reviews up by July 2015.

I beg to differ. Their other albums have been at least as good, and also hold up perfectly. In actual fact, I might just even prefer "Tonight: Franz Ferdinand" to their debut. The intro to "Twilight Omens" has been my ringtone for the last 6 years. And FFS was a lot of fun too.

"Fun, fun, fun on the autobahn!": don't mind if I do!

I loved the soundtrack / radiostations on Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, which had both this song AND Flock of Seagulls with 'I Ran'…

I loved 'Porno'

"Nay" as far as I'm concerned. I didn't like him much in 'The Night Manager': he was very bland. Might have been the way his part was written, but he certainly didn't invest much in adding believability to his character. Hugh Laurie in his role simply blew him away.

I cast 'Magic Missile'…!

Looking forward to 'Pony' being covered by whoever…
