I gave it a college try but no one I know uses it; everyone uses Facebook and is satisfied there.

I think my resumé is hotter than the ones in the photo.

Maybe it’s just me but Google+ went from being moderately attractive to being pretty fugly. I really hate this new look.

Is this why I've been so happy lately? I cancelled my Facebook account.

Without an option to keep the classic start menu on Windows 8 Microsoft will lose me to OS X permanently. Did I mention that I absolutely hate the metro UI for a desktop (mouse & keyboard) environment. I think it looks pretty good for a touch-screen but it's no good for the desktop.

It works for me with Chrome.

I came across this today and figured I'd share the first thing I used this bookmarklet on: [soundcloud.com]

VERY cool. I like that tip.

For the vast majority of desktop users who don't have a touch screen the interface is crap. For a tablet I think it's pretty cool. Since the Metro UI is a skin on top of the classic desktop why not bring the start button back for desktop users? I work with a lot of people at my job who struggle with things as they

I absolutely hate the new interface for desktop computing. Why not have it as a desktop option but the only interface for tablets? Microsoft has been trying to get into the touch-screen computing game for a long time now and they've had a horrible interface for it... until now but they're going to torpedo their

Time will tell but the enthusiasm I once had for Windows 8' potential has been dampened by subsequent announcements. I do agree with Ballmer's prediction that this is a make or break product for Microsoft.

I think that a person can be honest but needs to be diplomatic. The one company I've ever left that offered me an exit interview was the kind of place that I knew that whatever I said it wouldn't be taken seriously so I didn't say much. Then again, I also knew that whatever went wrong after someone left was always

Instalyrics for iOS isn't showing as free. Looks like the regular price is back in effect.

I have to say that Hilton HHonors Diamond level status is pretty sweet. I haven't had that for a few years but it is a minor consolation for being on the road so much.

Based on the life of Philip K. Dick I have to question stopping at just being drunk.

Another option is to not have Windows download the updates automatically.
