After Effects doesn't have any objects, standard or otherwise. Maybe you're thinking of Cinema 4D or some stock footage package. Remarkable job nonetheless. I love the look of good cgi over otherwise terrible amateur footage. It gives that sense of realism that's lost on overblown Hollywood shoots.
It's a 112 MP sensor. That doesn't necessarily mean you're going to have a 112 MP file. The image file output can be any size as long as it utilizes (and I'm sure it does) the full potential of the sensor.
