Its kinda funny how in the UK for a week or so they were toying with the idea of making masks mandatory for shopping, many politicians wanting to be the popularists trotted out the “we trust the UK people to do the right thing” line.

There are many who wrongly believe that not wearing a mask is the actual patriotic move. I would argue it is exactly 180* the opposite. True patriots love their country and fellow citizens. Not wearing a mask goes against that notion as far as one could go against it.
