I'm not a fan of the phrase, but the story was too on the nose to not bring it up.

It's like my always said, "Those who can, can. Those who can't, teach."
I have a dog who's black so I can say whatever I want.
Also the pilot has played after every March Madness game. So they probably have a good sense of viewer interest.
What's the over/under on Nolan putting Murphy's head in a burlap sack?
I like Aldi enough that I grab a few things there when I do my big shopping trips but sometimes cheap prices also means cheap products. Last week I bought a can of cocktail peanuts for my wife who was craving them and when I tried them they tasted under-ripened and looked it too. They're edible, so I'm not going to…
Take it from me, it's stoners.
Just buy me a drink first.
The Cubs play the Cards 19 times a season, and being in the same division the Cards's (Pirates, etc) record matters just as much to the Cubs as their own. Games against these 2 teams have more meaning than the 6 games of inter-league play for the "BP Crosstown Cup" or whatever disaster it's named after now.
Eddie Vedder of Pearl Jam is a huge Cubs fan and stated last post season that he regretted scheduling their world tour in October cause at the time the Cubs weren't expected to make the playoffs at all. He has vowed not to make the same mistake again.
I also went to college with a group of Southside Polish guys so it probably triggered some "me vs them" mentality. Agree to disagree. May we meet in the World Series and may it tear apart my family.
I lived in Milwaukee the year the Brewers were doing so well till they nose dived in August a couple years ago (and what became this current rebuild). So as someone who spent the whole summer being the butt of his coworkers and friends' jokes, though.
To be fair White Sox fans are just as insufferable. I try not to be such an asshole to them, especially when their record already takes them down a peg. But for two teams who barely play each other and have black marks in their histories, there's a lot of animosity between the two.
As someone who married into a KC family I am very happy for your recent success and it looks like you guys will have another incredible year.
As a Cubs fan I can think of a bunch of ways Cubs fans are annoying. Even the author of this article takes more swipes at the fan base than the video did.
At first I thought it was sarcasm. But the more I think about it (and about Trump supporters) the more I think he could have been sincere.
There appears to be two people wearing a hat in that picture. I will assume Murdoch is both of them.
