I'm tired of this "Exclusive, but we'll probably release it on PC later" game. It's such a waste of my energy.

Yeah, those boycotts always work out well.

I get where you're coming from, and yet, there are plenty of sources outside of Steam for reviews, no?

I loved the beginning of both Dead Island games but found that they got less and less interesting as you leveled up and the zombie-killing became less and less challenging in turn.

Dead Island fans: can you explain to me what you're actually excited for in the sequel? I'm personally confused why this is even getting made...I liked SOME of the ideas in the original game, but thought it had already run out of steam by the time riptide came around. At this point, I'm much more excited for Dying

Zombies in Hollyweird? Yep, this genre is out of ideas.

S.D. Perry wrote some pretty good Resident Evil novels.

Reporting requires asking Rockstar about it, especially in the context of these being mods that disrupt other player's experiences/them publicly talking about dealing with hackers/cheaters.

Ok, there must be some sort of cultural thing I am missing. To me, it looks like a cheap plastic fake watch...

Is it really too much to ask that it also tells the time? At least it'd be somewhat educational and helpful then.

These articles always seem so fucked.

There is a saying in germany about laying off people:

Tell your soon-to-be (redacted) that she's welcome to share a story to be potentially included in one of these roundups. Happy to keep her anonymous. I'm at jason@kotaku.com.

For artists and designers, it's important to have reels and samples of your work to show prospective future employers. So if you're laid off, your first thought might be "shit, I've been working on all this cool art that isn't public, better save that so I can use it to get a new job."
