Believe it or not Robert Kraft actually had a positive response to the latest developments.

I hate to put the onus on one man, bur Tom Brady is key here. He kneels, and everything goes berserk.

He only played in 44 career games and still had severe CTE. The NFL isn’t going to like this one bit.

Give me a call when those “social activism” causes include Latinos and Native Americans. Those four guys don’t even have the balls to call for the end of the name “Redskins”... But hey, PR campaign gonna PR campaign. Not hard to figure out how Yahoo “obtained” that memo.

This is probably not the ideal banner ad for WFAN to be running today

I’m shocked: I figured any complaint filed by the Yankees with the commish’s office against the Red Sox would be about bunting off a fat guy.

Given his performance, 4.8% of what he’s owed this year still greatly exceeds his market value.

For a final touch of embarrassment for UNLV, the Rebels paid Howard University $600,000 to come play in Las Vegas. Ouch.

Joe Sheehan made some good points in his newsletter today. By trading series, it’s the Ranger ticket holders who have the last minute change. And they shouldn’t be forced to deal with it, “The biggest problem with that is it takes the burden of the rescheduling and lays it entirely at the feet of Rangers ticket

Space knight isn’t the OP. He’s wrong as well, but he’s not claiming he had multiple offers.

It’s not really a stretch of the imagination. He opted out of his contract in San Francisco.

What Are they supporting? Kap has been given offers reportedly, but he turned them down because he wouldn’t be the starting qb. He’s not a starter, maybe for a terrible team but he’s a backup.

Fuck these guys. Bring on the robots.

<dying laughing> Wait a minute! <weeps>

Correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t this more of a risk/reward issue than anything else? Kap wants too much money to be a backup or fringe starter. Given the political storm he brings with him- why pay a guy starter money to sit on the bench with all that baggage when you can pay Geno Smith in circus peanuts to sit on

I was at the only game Dan Orlovsky won at Ford Field.

He isn’t good enough to to wreck some other league. He only ever looked good under Jim because Jim utilized his one and only weapon speed

I don’t see the issue here. There’s truly no better QB at backing up than Dan Orlovsky.

To be fair, Orlovsky is much more familiar with the Rams’ patented 3 and Out offense.
