Somehow you found a way to overreact to something that seemingly one would be unable to do so too but bravo. Suspend the program? As if every player at the school is at fault for the foolish actions of two guys? Yeah, no.

It’s par for the course. The overreaching outrage from the internet. They’d like to crucify these kids and just put a wrap on the rest of their lives over this.
Real answer: because the judge didn't want to get stuck having to write a 40 page decision over one of the stupidest cases to ever come before him.
Judges try to respect the arbitration process and don’t want to get involved because it sets legal precedent for real labor disputes with real people.
The Judge was sending signals to the NFL to settle, because they weren’t going to like the outcome. The NFL was too obtuse or stubborn to see those signals. I have nothing to do with this case, and have only followed it sparingly, and I could read those signals from 1,000 miles away. Dumb lawyers or stubborn client.…
Given how ridiculous this bullshit has gotten, I really think the automated system should only be used for NOTIFICATIONS, and then the supposed copyright holder should have to OPT-IN to taking action on a case-by-case basis.
It’s almost as if Klemko is a person to whom blame is deliberately and falsely attributed in order to deflect blame from another party, such as the NFL. Is there a word for such a.... guy?
That this man is the only thing standing between Brady and six rings might be proof there is a higher power.
This is exactly like when Jeff Feagles was the last active player from Tecmo Super Bowl.
And with that, the football gods chortled.
WHY YOUR COURT SUCKS 2015: U.S. District Court of Minnesota
It’s at the point now where this has nothing to even do with the footballs. Brady was originally investigated for the football issues, but the suspension stems from him not giving up his phone. Now we’re being told that the reason the suspension is upheld is because he destroyed his phone. How ridiculous is that?
So basically “if you have nothing to hide, tell us everything or you must be guilty.” I’m sure this attitude will never, ever come back and bite the NFL in the butt.
As a Jets fan I should be happy about this. Because fuck Tom Brady.
They weren’t just fishing for better evidence. They were hoping for a peek at the texts of one of the most prominent players in the NFLPA. They’d love to see what kind of union business he’s sending back and forth.
This isn’t a court, the NFL can’t issue warrants, they have absolutely no right to search his personal property. I say this as Jets fan who loves that the decision was upheld. Goodell is a moron and his handling of this incident, like every other thing he has done recently, has been appalling.
Here’s the ridiculous thing: they had the cellphones of the two guys they (the league) were accusing of tampering the balls pursuant to this “scheme”.
Stockholm syndrome.
Don’t worry. If the defender hits him hard enough to prevent him from remaining upright long enough to clearly become a runner and seperates him from the ball, they can always penalize the defender 15 yards for making a big hit. Then they can sell pictures of that hit in their online store. It’s win-win-win.,
It’s not like we know what a 4 minute round compared to a 5 minute round feels like.
