There’s a world of difference between the steps you present and the ability to get guns at the push of a button.

I can put it a simpler way: fully automatic firearms are illegal, single shot guns are legal. If the printer plans were advanced and complex enough to make a plastic printed fully automatic, I think that would already be illegal. No new laws needed about the fact it’s spit out from a printer.

Probably has something to do with just knowing he’s going to get a second chance somewhere no matter what. He’s still Urban Meyer, someone will pay him, the boosters will dream of a title.
