It’s funny... I usually complain about a trailer showing pretty much the whole movie. But this time... this time I’m going to say it’s a good thing we’ve got a Godzilla movie that’s promising us from the start that things get blow’d up! No almost-off-camera event while we focus on a reaction shot this time!

That’s what I got from it, too. False mission to eliminate titans, who are turned into eco-terroist kaiju weapons. Not the worst plot for a Godzilla movie.

Aside from the punchline “you’re dead” that kind of undercuts its own joke, I like. :)

There’s something positively thrilling about getting an unexpected trailer, and only having to wait 16 days!

I have absolutely no reason to think this, but my first thought was that somehow this will end up related to V’Ger.  No reason at all, I know it makes no sense, just what jumped in my head.

Right, which is why this season looks like exactly the same dark, angsty, depressing, moody, dark (did I say that already), self-loathing, “modern” emo, stressful take as the first season.
