but you must surely agree that sometimes laws and rules can be written poorly and need to be revised.

Kickers have missed nine extra points so far

You’re basically saying that “it’s bad that laws have to be enforced as they’re written, and we can’t just make illegal as we go along.”

I’m not sure I’m reading it right but are you saying a daily fantasy pick is pure gambling? If you are, I am required to disagree with you. Or, you don’t seem to understand the way the daily fantasy works (as indicated by references to Survivor and NCAA Tourney brackets - Not fantasy leagues even if you call them

The draw for a daily game is you only have 1 week where you need to get lucky.

There is a ‘regard’ for what others pick, if you are playing a tournament you need to be aware of % ownership. I would equate it more to the stock market.

Because this type of gambling is heavily blurred to look like traditional rotisserie leagues.

I feel these one-day websites are “fantasy football” in the same way their marketing would call an NCAA bracket “fantasy basketball”.

Trademarks can be challenged.

Ben doesn’t even jump up and complain when the Patriots shift. He waits until his guy jumps offsides and the whistle is blown.

Let me make sure I understand the accusation,

In a more logical NFL, rookie quarterbacks would not be expected to contribute.

Yup.
