I gave up soda for Lent and the pounds started falling off. Admittedly, I need to find more time to exercise but generally by being smarter about my intake I have gotten the ball rolling. I cut out eating in front of the TV, eating after 8p (most nights) and I walk everywhere (no elevators). I want to get off about 20…

Had to cut back on beers. Once I did that, the soggy midsection disappeared. The rest of the diet is lean meats, fruits and veg, and some flour carb for fun. Beer belly was a real thing for me.
