I'm not sure if I agree with that. They may use whole ingredients and the like, but consider the portion size of what you're getting. Based on nutritional info, it'd be better to find other fast food chains (if you eat the whole burrito in one sitting; its a different story if you eat it over 2 or 3 meals).

I updated (officially, OTA) my Canadian Nexus S maybe a month or two ago...I believe they stopped Nexus S ICS updates for all users, though, as a result of some people complaining about battery issues (which I haven't seen).
