DON"T SAY TRUMP SHITS HIS PANTS YOU KNOW WHAT WILL COME NEXT

Careful, or you'll give yourself a black eye!

Does that qualify as "public shaming", with the USA as the subject?

I should have seen that one coming…

Admittedly, I never saw the point of Twitter, but what's the point of Twitter besides public shaming?

I also don't really have advice — I've had friends come out as trans, but never a lover — but good luck. I hope you can see a therapist or something.

I'm sorry! I'll try to announce my meeting-famous-people trips in advance so maybe you could get in on them.

I would upvote this twice for the Betties if I could.

GET WELL IMMEDIATELY

America
all they can think about is the inconvenience it might be to them

My FTS continues to be personal, still fighting with impostor syndrome and depression and trying to get myself out of bed in the morning to do a job and learn a trade I'm afraid people will realize I'm not very good at.
Fuck Trump too, tho.

Don't forget stickin' it to the libs and poors!

I just got the DVD of the first season of Rick And Morty out of the library. I know, I'm a terrible heathen for not having watched the show yet, but I really just use my TV for video games and half-watching Chopped.

Bianca Bosker's Cork Dork. It's about her quest to become a certified sommelier, starting out from knowing almost nothing about wine. I'm having a hard time putting it down, which is one of the highest compliments you can pay a book.

When I was married, I had a brunch wedding, and it was wonderful. Very good choice on the breakfast wedding.

Well, you could, but the paper cuts are annoying.

I made gnocchi all'amatraciana over the weekend, and am having the last of it for lunch later today. I didn't make the gnocchi by hand, though. I've also been making a lot of pico de gallo, which my girlfriend is seemingly addicted to.
Also, please don't keep the library's copy of the cookbooks, but please do check

I got to meet Al Franken at a book signing over the weekend. He was shorter than I expected, but very funny, and very gracious. There was a standing ovation when he showed up, thanking him for helping to save health care. In a fairly conservative part of NJ, it was refreshing to see.
