Yep, that's my point. The techie (and the busses) are symbols — we hate them because they represent real and unarguably awful economic inequality. And that's a problem. Because people get bent out of shape over the symbol and forget to fix the actual issue.

Coriander chutney is the BEST — also one of the only condiments that I'll take the trouble to make myself. I also usually keep pickled ginger, sriracha, a couple different mustards and vinegars, and date chutney in the fridge.

Condiments I love include tabasco, rooster sauce, coriander chutney, and pickles. I think I am part of that "hot sauce" and "other" demographic.
