This is one of the very few exceptions to my hatred of chain restaurants. Anyone can find an independent sandwich, steak, pizza, burger, Mexican, Italian, casual, or fine dining establishment without much trouble or effort. Laziness keeps Applebees and Olive Garden alive, that and low standards.
