Dragon Age definitely isn't the worst game of the generation.

I wish they would have had that mission skip feature in 3. That last mission was horrible.

The gunners are really underdeveloped. But I think the huge settlement that is crawling with them has some audiologs that explain a little about them.

The platinum trophy in FFXIV takes a while to earn.

I'm going to try and finish Dragon Age: Inquisition. It is my most disappointing game of this generation, but I'm pretty close to the end. And I want to feel more secure in my disappointment.

Didn't all those games come out relatively recently?

Developers should allow people to manage inventory on smart phones. That way i could waste time at work managing inventory instead of having to do it at home.

I hope to finish more than two games released in 2016.

What is the next level in immersive storytelling?

I really enjoy how different it feels from everything else even if some of mechanics and story beats are reminiscent of other works of art.

Episode 2 ended strongly enough that I plan on finishing it.

Having only played the first two episodes of Life as Strange, I can say that the dialogue in the first couple episodes is hellah forced.

I think the Witcher 3 should walk with this. Everyone talks about the Bloody Baron, but I don't think I laughed as hard at a game released this year as I did during the drunken Witcher scene. And the relationship between Ciri and Geralt (and Yenn and Geralt to a lesser extent) is very well drawn for a video game.

Could you imagine if they gave up on a main plot and just had everyone treat it as a bunch of short stories connected by a setting?

I'd guess they're kidnapping people for their tests and they don't want to alarm people. They're just not as smart as they think they are. Also, you're right. It's not really smart though it is pretty cool/spooky (or would be if not Bethesda).

They also say that the NCR basically wiped them out in California iirc. They are also unable to effectively respond to even independent weapon sellers. And House, the Legion and NCR (unless you convince them otherwise) want them destroyed. And I belive even the AI you use if you want to be the overlord of Vegas is

I think the meta-narrative of the entire series is moving society beyond the cataclysm. In the first game, this is represented by the masters plan to evolve humans to be stronger and more resistant to radiation. In the second and third, this is killing off the impure humans. And in the fourth, the Institute sees

I agree with this. It's annoying how fast you level in Skyrim if you play it as a walking around simulator.

I mean everyone hates them a lot. And in every game since three it's pretty clear that they're in trouble. I know everyone hates the Institute and the Railroad too, but the railroad is basically a single-issue interest group. The institute strikes me as a more effective brotherhood.
