does the marketing machine not understand that bob odenkirk is a huge star? obviously cross has always been a little niche, but i’m a little surprised odenkirk’s name doesn’t get it past the goalie.

I zombie walked away from this movie immediately in search of two shots of tequila (I rarely touch hard liquor) & wondering “What the hell did I just see?!” I haven’t had a reaction like this since SE7EN. It is an absolutely stunning work of cinema!

Jackman looks more like Wolverine to me now than when he was younger.

I think the second one has a lot more excellent parts but they just don’t stitch together into a cohesive movie enough to be definitively better than the first.

As far as I can tell the tl;dr version is to get Deadpool into the “proper” MCU so he can cameo for team-ups (and/or get MCU versions of characters to appear in his movies), the long version is it’s basically gonna be a grand humorous send-off to all the old Fox/non-Disney versions of various characters who have

This seems kind of weird. First off they are asking for union equivalent residuals. Except if the original movie has been made under union rules the producers would have hired SAG/AFTRA (plus teamsters and crew ans others) members and they wouldn’t have been hired anyways. So it seems like at the time they were fine

Of course, that business tanked, but I bet Liefield's Pouch Emporium is going gang busters.

Note also the splendid “Liefeld’s Just Feet” store behind the duo.

Lionsgate’s excuse is that they didn’t give residuals because they thought all three died at the end of the first movie.

His cameo probably took weeks to record. “Push the fucking button Clem Fandango!!!”

The highlighting of Cooper Howard “I’m not that kind of guy” to the Ghoul definitely having become that kind of guy.

PORK CHOP SANDWICHES!!!

Pop, pop!

“...And having a catch phrase is half the battle!”

Is he saying his acting muscles are in his ass?

He is referring to the competitive world of the 1880's British Dancehall scene.

Or ever, really.  “People like stupid shit” is a timeless truth.

I don’t think he’s talking about Timothee Chalamet. I think he means more YouTubers and TikTokers and other such “influencers” who are “famous” because they do a dance or model a piece of clothing.
