Pretty sure that was all a super well crafted, brilliant strategy to deflect from Hannah Montana & pull the "every one loves a comeback" narrative.

At that age kids have the attention span of a gnat.... it was insane to bring her to a fahion show...

I would hesitate before taking my toddler to fucking McDonalds, she's that disruptive. A fashion show?? Are they insane?

As a male close to college age with a modicum of emotional perception, if I received this:

Funnily enough, there's a comment about how parents who buy Veggie Tales DVDs for their children are 'brainwashing' them in the comment threads on the 'American Sniper' article. I'm not entirely sure what that had to do with the article under discussion either, but I'm sure that was a total coincidence too.

Knowingly

I am all for respecting other peoples beliefs if they keep them to themselves. Tell me that I am a sinner, going to hell, missing out on milk and honey by not worshiping then I will tell you exactly what I think of your religion and it won't be nice.

I'm pretty sure the article said atheists are raising kids who do the opposite of this, no?

Yeah, atheists who want to tell all religious people why they're wrong aren't any different than religious people who want to try and convert everybody and bug them to go to Bible study or whatever.

I was raised by 2 generations of atheists on both sides of my family. I have sat in a public school classroom where the teacher was encouraging students to talk about how children without religion could never be raised morally. Ok, I have gotten all the same shit you have. At the same time, I knew atheists who were

I'd pay you to write an article on one day of your life... you can call it "A Day In The Life Of A Whiney Little Bitch".

Given the quality of your free material, no one is going to pay for the tips. Who needs an excuse to show any Prince, of any vintage, anytime? #Sticktosilence.

When I was a police officer, I had my firearms on my person and weapon control was a very high priority. When I was in my home or office, the weapon was secured so that it was inaccessible to anyone other than ME. If you get into situations that escalate so quickly that you have no advance awareness that you will need

My toddler, younger than this boy, can tie a knot, lock a door, twist a chapstick, and use a remote control. I do not believe there is a way to keep a gun in a house safe from a child without it literally being in a safe, and even then the risk outweighs any possible benefit.

I have one of those relatives...and he's a felon.

omg BITCH THIS SHIT IS ABOUT YOU

This matters because the perception that nobody knows any rapists actually contributes to rape culture. If nobody knows one, there must not be so many, right? Wrong.

I really didn't intend for that to come across as hostile, but it is accurate. I'm so tired of all the people who say they don't know any rapists. Oh, no one I know would do that! Well, sorry, but you probably know someone who has.

I'm sorry, but you actually don't know that none of the "tons" of men you know aren't rapists. Nobody wants to think that they know a rapist, but odds are we all know one.

How on earth do you know they don't rape?

I THINK, and I could be wrong, that this is more about REMAINING Facebook friends with an ex in the immediate aftermath of a breakup, while it sounds like you're talking about becoming friends with exes long after the breakup, when you've already had time to get over it.
