Everything Ron did and said had me rolling. Drunk Ben was amazing, and I totally lost it when Questlove showed up. Superb episode

The stuff in Starling was really good. Roy got some real character building, Laurel is all over the place as she should be - and there's no way impersonating Sara to her dads ends with anything other than heartbreak, and even the cheesy DJ now has an unexpected purpose.
This wasn't terrible, but it was by no means approaching even decent. Just there. I imagine I'll have forgotten most of it by the end of today. This has been a really rough season, even by recent standards.
A bit of a change of pace that usually signals a filler episode in a lesser sitcom, but actually moves several storylines forward here. Not the best of the season, which speaks volumes of the quality of season two. I enjoyed this a lot, and am even more excited to see where the home stretch goes.
I missed Arrow. So happy it's back.
I nearly fell over during Abbi lip-synching to Lady GaGa. That just hit me right in the funny.
It's still a hell of a lot of fun to watch these horrible, horrible people every week.
Thought this was the most consistently funny episode in a couple of years.
If this wasn't based on something that I love so much there's no way I'd still be watching. It's tonally all over the place, maddeningly inconsistent, makes everyone look like idiots (Gruber and associate walk down a busy street in heavy electronics, not one person even bats an eye let alone call the cops. They hit…
The bedroom scene was just so awkward and had me nearly doubled over in hysterics. I imagine due in part to having had a very similar experience with my ex-wife.
Hannah is just so unbearably narcacsistic and egotistic but it's impossible to take your eyes from her. The scene where she "consoled" the crying girl then skipped the line for the bathroom was magnificent. In fact, everything about the party was wonderful.
A 25 year old spec script is the best episode of the season.
I laughed a lot. That's all I want from this show.
I'm interested to see where this goes week to week. I liked this pilot, but it could go in so many different directions. I hope it's a direction that I'll enjoy.
I really liked this, not having a clue what direction it was going to be going when I went in. I know everyone hates her, but if I could find a Marnie to be a pair of mess together I'd be set. I watched this with the thought that I'd drop the series from my regular watch list if it wasn't any good, but instead got…
I really enjoyed the way the episode tapped into the Jedi mythos in a way that felt familiar, yet still different from what we had seen previously.
How very disappointing that Al Jean was behind this monstrosity.
Drunk Amy is even more adorable than usual!
Wonderful article.
I thought there were some nice moments scattered throughout, but the whole thing didn't really work for me. Was a bit of a mess. And the CGI was so bad on the reindeer that they probably shouldn't have bothered. I know they have no budget, but when the prosthetics are that good, why bother with awful CGI?
