His ill training comes with racism. Racism in the police command has been well documented. You don’t have to be explicitly racist it turns out that if you are trained and conditioned to see black people and ‘ghetto’ language to be agressive and dangerous, then that’s how all of their actions will appear.

Our enlisted guys(and gals) deployed in combat zones overseas have more rigid protocols for when to deploy lethal force than suburban cops do.
